QLogitek Announces its Participation at U Connect 2010
TORONTO (April 14, 2010) - QLogitek announced today its participation at U Connect 2010, North America's premier B2B-EDI Supply Chain conference for retail, distribution and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies. Neel Sharma, QLogitek's Senior Vice President, will be elaborating on the future of trading partner collaboration based on the Canadian retail & CPG sector experience. The hour-long panel discussion will take place on Thursday June 10 at 10 AM (CST) in San Antonio, Texas, U.S.A. QLogitek will be joined on this panel by U.S.-based IBM and GXS.
U Connect has been connecting North American industries and value chains for over 10 years. Hosted by GS1 US and Voluntary Interindustry Commerce Solutions (VICS), U Connect 2010 offers opportunities for attendees to learn, network, and hear from users and experts on the range of critical business processes that enable visible, secure and sustainable value chains. These include collaborative commerce, EDI/eCommerce, EPC-enabled RFID and global data synchronization for tracking, tracing, data governance, data accuracy, brand identity, new item introduction, product recall/withdrawal, inventory control, packaging, and mobile commerce.
Typically the audience for this unique event is comprised of C-level decision makers through to management, and business and systems analysts to implementers of business processes. “Participating at U Connect 2010 presents an exciting opportunity for QLogitek to share with industry leaders the importance of multi-enterprise and business-to-business collaboration for North American retail and CPG industries, from a Canadian perspective,” said Mr. Sharma.
