Microsoft Dynamics is a CRM technology that has been designed in such a way that makes it easily customizable. The bulk of its customizations do not require any specialized technical skills to carry out. CRM entities can be created using a point and click user interface to meet any business needs. A business user can also customize the forms for any entity, including adding and removing fields, and managing the layout of forms. Customizations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including workflow customizations, can be created without any knowledge or code and are stored as metadata.
Administrators can also define new relationships between entities: Microsoft Dynamics CRM offers an expansive toolkit for building mash-ups of data from within the CRM system and from other web-enabled systems on the appropriate screens presented to users. It supports web services integrations with any platform that has an API.
